Exercise of Share Options On 17 January 2005 subscription options over 170,000 new shares and purchaseoptions over 15,000 shares held by the Company's Employee Share Ownership PlanTrust ("ESOP") were exercised in accordance with the rules of the SeniorExecutive 1988 Share Option Scheme. Following the exercise of these options theCompany has 17,901,164 ordinary 5p shares in issue. Included in these transactions are options exercised by the following Director: Michael BrownOption over 100,000 shares exercised at 467.5p per share 2. Director's Sale of Shares On 17 January 2005 the following Director sold shares in the Company: Michael Brown100,000 shares sold at 1242.5p per share 3. Director's Purchase of Shares On 17 January 2005 the following Director purchased shares in the Company. Michael Slade100,000 shares purchased at 1242.5p per share 4. Helical Bar plc Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust ("ESOP") On 17 January 2005 the Company's ESOP sold 15,000 ordinary 5p shares andpurchased 45,000 ordinary 5p shares, both transactions at 1242.5p per share.Following these transactions the ESOP holds 1,189,116 (6.6%) ordinary 5p sharesin the Company. 5.
