Notification of change of responsibilities

SEGRO plc (the 'Company') announces that Christopher Fisher has been appointed today, as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, succeeding Margaret Ford.

Margaret will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee and will continue to be the Company's Senior Independent Director.
