Notification of Additional Listing
Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for 3,197,852 Ordinary shares of £0.05 each that have been issued to the Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy Awards under our Share Incentive Plans in 2011, these shares will trade on The London Stock Exchange and be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company and admission of these shares is expected to commence on 19 April 2011.
Following admission of these shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 802,660,757 Ordinary shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
