Scotgold has received notification that Richard Milne Harris and his 100% controlled company Golden Matrix Holdings Pty Ltd have a combined interest in the Company's shares of of no par value ("Shares") of 23m shares representing 4.75% of Scotgold's current issued share capital. 13m shares are held in the name of Golden Matrix Holdings Pty Ltd and 10m shares are held in the name of Richard Milne Harris.
