Barclays Bank PLC announces that it has repurchased and cancelled €66,000,000.00 of aggregate nominal amount of its Series 11492 Class LP Fixed Rate Notes due January 2019 (ISIN XS1753852588) (the "Notes"), issued under its $20,000,000,000 Global Collateralised Medium Term Notes Programme. The aggregate nominal amount of Notes outstanding after the transaction is €134,000,000.00.
