Notice of Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 31 December 2008

Hargreaves Lansdown plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 31 December 2008 on Wednesday 11 February 2009.

There will be an analyst presentation on the results at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday 11 February 2009 at Numis Securities, 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT.
