Sub.: Compliance of Clause 41-Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2009

This is in compliance of Listing Agreement.

We would like to inform you that the Company will publish Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2009, within a period of 3 months, instead of publishing un-audited Financial Results for the last quarter ended 31st March 2009.

In this regard, a separate communication will be given regarding the date of Board meeting to consider, inter-alia, the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2009.
