Notice of AGM
Further to the Announcement of the Company's results issued on 11 June 2014, and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Flybe Group plc has today submitted the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.com:
- 2014 AGM Notice;
- 2014 Annual Report; and
- Proxy Form for the 2014 AGM.
The Company will hold its 2014 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 23 July 2014 at 11.00am at the offices of Instinctif Partners, 65 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7NQ.
