Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC25 September 2007 Blavod Extreme Spirits plc (the "Company") Notice of AGM The Company has today sent a circular to shareholders containing details of theAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 18 October 2007. Under theCompanies Act the Company is legally obliged to hold the AGM by this date. However, due to a delay in completion of the disposal of the business and assetsof Blavod Extreme Spirits USA, Inc. ("Disposal") which was announced yesterday,the Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007 ("Accounts") have notyet been finalised and a separate EGM is to be scheduled for 30 October 2007 toadopt these accounts. Further announcements will be made once the Disposal has been completed, and theAccounts have been published.
