Jiasen International Holdings Limited ("the Company"), announces that it has posted its Annual Reports and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2014 to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy. The AGM will be held at the conference room of Jiasen International Holdings Limited, 7th floor, Nanlian Industrial Park, Guanqiao Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province, PRC on 25 May 2015 at 16:30 pm (UK 08:30am).
