Publication of Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the 'Company') today announces its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at https://www.sabreplc.co.uk/investors/annual-general-meeting/

A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on 27 April 2020.

Sabre Insurance Group plc's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 will be held at 09.30 am on Thursday 27 May 2020 at The Old House, 142 South Street, Dorking, RH4 2YY.

As a result of the Government's on travel due to COVID-19, which were passed into law on 26 March 2020, shareholders are not permitted to attend the AGM and are instead urged to submit proxy votes. The Board welcomes questions from shareholders and asks that shareholders submit their questions directly to the Company Secretary by 5pm on 20 May 2020 by emailing her - Anneka.kingan@sabre.co.uk
