New Standards for Investment Reporting Issued by APB

NEW STANDARDS FOR INVESTMENT REPORTING ISSUED BY APBOn 8 July 2005, the Auditing Practices Board issued new Standards forInvestment Reporting ("SIRS") in relation to the responsibilities of areporting accountant in investment circulars. These Standards, which apply toinvestment transactions effected on Ofex and other UK markets, will come intoforce on 1 September 2005.
