Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that the unaudited net asset value per share of the Company as at the close of business on 28 February 2022 was 98.77 pence per Ordinary share.
In relation to the offer for new shares pursuant to the prospectus dated 20 January 2022, the Company intends to allot these shares on or around 9 March 2022 and in accordance with the prospectus, at this, the latest published NAV.
