Initial undertakings

The OFT has accepted hold separate undertakings given by DCC plc, DCC Energy UK Limited and Flogas UK Limited under section 71 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The undertakings are without prejudice to OFT's ongoing investigation into the completed acquisition by Flogas UK Limited of GB LPG Limited (holding BP's LPG distribution business in Great Britain).

The text of these undertakings will be placed on the Office of Fair Trading's website at www.oft.gov.uk as soon as is reasonably practicable.
