Update on Holdings in Company

Matomy Media Group Ltd. (LSE:MTMY), one of the world's leading digital performance-based advertising companies, announces that it has been notified by Viola A.V. Adsmarket L.P. ("Viola") that Viola has refinanced an intra-group loan pursuant to which Viola had pledged its holding in Matomy as collateral. The loan, and consequently, the pledge of its shares, has been transferred from Viola Credit, a member of the Viola Group, to Bank Mizrachi, a third-party lending bank in Israel. 

As required by the lock-up deed entered into at the time of the Company's IPO, Canaccord Genuity has provided approval for this transaction to take place. The lock-up restrictions assumed by Viola on the Company's IPO, and extended to 31 March 2015 pursuant to strategic investment by Publicis Groupe S.A. announced on 13 October 2014, remain binding.
