Under the provisions of Art. 234 par. 1 letter l) of A.S.F. Regulation no. 5/2018 on Issuers of Financial Instruments and Market Operations and of Art. 99 letter e) of Bucharest Stock Exchange Code - Market Operator, S.N.G.N. Romgaz S.A. informs the shareholders and investors that on January 18, 2019 the Company's Correspondence Entry received the notice regarding the case action filed by Sindicatul Liber "Romgaz" Medias (Romgaz Medias Free Union) for " the establishment of absolute nullity of Art. 1 of OGMS Resolution no. 8/July 6, 2018 and of the provisions under Art. 2-5 of the same Resolution". The case represents the object of case file no. 2843/85/2018 filed with Sibiu County Court of Law.
