Launch of the PLUS service

PLUS MARKETS GROUP PLC (the "Company") LAUNCH OF THE PLUS SERVICEThe Company announces that it has completed the enhancements to its tradingplatform necessary to launch the PLUS service. The necessary regulatoryconsents will be implemented on 5th December 2005 following which the PLUSservice will open. Investors are reminded that whilst the Company retains a strong balance sheetthe development of this new service will significantly impact its second halfresults for 2005.The PLUS service is intended to trade certain listed and unlisted securitieswith a quotation elsewhere in London.
