Contract for Issuer Market Making services concluded with WOOD & Company Financial Services, a.s.

In order to support the liquidity of its listed shares, OMV Petrom concluded a contract with WOOD & Company Financial Services, a.s. (Wood&Co) for Issuer Market Making services, starting September 3, 2020.

In compliance with the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) regulations, Wood&Co will submit and maintain during trading hours, on its own name and account and at its sole discretion, on BVB's Regular market, two-way firm quotes (bid and ask) in OMV Petrom shares (ticker SNP), with a minimum volume of 1 million SNP shares each, at a maximum spread of 1%.
