Issue of New Shares for the Share Incentive Plan
The Company announces that it has issued 79,248 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company (the 'New Shares') to the trustee of the Company's share incentive plan (Capita IRG Trustees Limited) for the purpose of awarding free shares to eligible employees.
Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities and it is expected that admission will take place on or around 4 May 2016. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 128,184,523. There are no shares held in treasury.
