Applications have beenreceived under the Offer for 2004/5 and 2005/6 totalling 7,730,549 OrdinaryShares at 10p per share. The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announcethe unconditional allotment and issue of 655,937 ordinary shares of 10 penceeach on 31 May 2005. It is expected that Admission of the new ordinary shareswill take place and dealings will commence on 8.00 a.m. on 3 June 2005 anddefinitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched by 14 June 2005.Following the issue on 31 May 2005, the Company has 7,730,549 ordinary shares inissue. The Offer Price at which the ordinary shares were allotted and issued was£1.00 per ordinary share.
