This announcement replaces the announcement made on 3 June 2014 at 11.24am. The number of shares allotted were incorrect and therefore the shares in issue following the allotment were incorrect.

Offer for subscription of up to £10,000,000 of D Shares of 25p each (the "Offer")

The Directors of Ventus 2 VCT plc ("the Company") announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Offer dated 19 November 2013, 377,439 D shares were allotted in the Company on 3 June 2014 at a price of 100 pence per share.

Following the correction to the allotment there are now 24,392,655 ordinary shares, 11,329,107 C shares and 1,990,767 D shares in issue of the Company.
