Issue of Equity

ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-Time Directors of the Bank has allotted 1,09,483 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 16th September, 2011 to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 41,23,26,295 equity shares from 41,18,80,820 equity shares as on 30th June, 2011.

Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 1,52,723equity shares during the month of July, 2011 and 1,83,269 equity shares during the month of August, 2011.
