ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK
We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 1,01,068 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 25.06.2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank.
The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,87,52,460 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 46,88,53,528 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
