It is expected that Admission ofthe new ordinary shares will take place and dealings will commence on 8.00 a.m.on 15 September 2005 and definitive documents of title are expected to bedispatched by 26 September 2005. Following the issue on 9 September 2005, theCompany has 7,839,775 ordinary shares in issue. The Offer Price at which theordinary shares were allotted and issued was £1.00 per ordinary share. Under the terms of the Prospectus, the Directors have the power to allot furtherequity securities having a nominal value not exceeding 25% of the issuedOrdinary Share capital of the Company immediately following the issue ofOrdinary Shares pursuant to the Offer of Subscription.
