Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") advises that it has issued 3,285,000 unlisted options to employees under the Employee Option Scheme approved by shareholders on 21 June 2007.
The options are exercisable for $1.35 each, with one third vesting 18 June 2011, one third vesting 18 June 2012 and the remaining third vesting 18 June 2013. All options expire on 18 June 2014.
The Company has also issued 500,000 shares, following the exercise of unlisted options, at an exercise price of A$1.00 each. An application to AIM to list the new shares has been made, and the Company expects dealing of the new shares to commence on 24 June 2010.
