Issue of equity

 

Hunters Property PLC, one of the UK's largest national sales and lettings estate agency businesses, announces today that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 6,856 new ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of share options. Admission is expected to occur on 13 August 2015.

The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares of 4 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 28,156,775 Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
