Zenergy Power PLC29 April 2008 Zenergy Power plc ("Zenergy" or the "Group") Issue of equity and total voting rights Zenergy announces that, following receipt of Notices of Exercise, options have been exercised in respect of 6,873 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM on or around 6 May 2008. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passuwith the existing ordinary share capital of the Company and have been allottedand issued credited as fully paid. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights will be 44,027,804 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
