ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-Time Directors of the Bank has today made allotment of 2,26,621 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased from 42,71,55,633 equity shares to 46,79,54,468* equity shares as on 25th March, 2013.

Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 3,87,449 equity shares on 25/02/2013, 2,46,515  equity shares on 05/03/2013 and 1,00,305 equity shares on 15/03/2013, under ESOP Scheme of the Bank.

*Includes allotment of 3,40,00,000 equity shares under QIP issue and 58,37,945 equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters of the Bank on 04/02/2013.
