Allotment/Issue of shares following exercise of options
eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) announces that on 30 June 2009 it allotted and issued 186,668 ordinary shares as a result of options being exercised at $A0.23.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading to AIM on 3 July 2009.
The issued capital is now 196,847,706 ordinary shares, and the number of ESOP options (not listed) is now 3,736,810.
