ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Whole-Time Directors of the Bank has today made the allotment of 2,48,408 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, under ESOP Scheme of the Bank.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased from 41,45,26,594 equity shares to 42,71,55,633 equity shares as on 17th December, 2012.

Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 1,60,768 equity shares during the month of October, 2012 and 1,29,863 equity shares during the month of November, 2012.
