Westmount Energy Limited19 June 2007 Westmount Energy Limited ("Westmount" or the "Company") 19 June 2007 Westmount announces the issue of 15,000 new shares in lieu of performance related fees. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of 20p per share in issue. The Company has applied for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and this is expected to commence on 22nd June 2007. The total number of shares in issue will therefore be 7,440,000.
