Issue of equity
The Company is pleased to announce that it issued 200,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1.13p per share, to Dutchess Opportunities Fund, II, LP.
The admission of 200,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM is expected to occur on 18 January 2010. On admission, the Company will have 153,445,030 Ordinary Shares in issue.
