All further issues of shares pursuant to the Offer willnow be made in the 2005/2006 tax year. It is expected that Admission of the newordinary shares will take place and dealings will commence on 8.00 a.m. on 7April 2005 and definitive documents of title are expected to be dispatched by 19April 2005.
