Investor Teach-In and Trading Update

Nektan, the international B2B mobile gaming platform provider, announces that it will be holding an investor teach-in event on Tuesday 3 February 2015.

The event will be held at the offices of Panmure Gordon, One New Change, London EC4M 9AF, from 3.30 p.m. and will be hosted by Nektan's senior management team. An overview of recent commercial and strategic developments will be presented, including the significant in-venue mobile gaming opportunity through the launch of Nektan's US joint venture agreement with Spin Games LLC, as announced on 17 November 2014. Nektan will also run an interactive product demonstration.

Since the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM on 3 November 2014, the Directors have been encouraged by the continued development of the commercial pipeline, particularly with regards to larger opportunities, including the US joint venture, and this has resulted in the Company focussing the majority of its existing resources on these larger opportunities. The Board expects these projects to significantly underpin the material increase in trading as forecast during calendar year 2015.

In advance of the teach-in event, Nektan provides an update on trading for the six month period to 31 December 2014. Trading for this period has been in line with the Board's expectations, with net gaming revenue of approximately £0.25m. Real money gaming cash stakes grew by more than 57% in the quarter to December 2014 versus the previous quarter, and average monthly real money players grew by 237% over the same period.

Other than the trading update given above, no new material information, financial or otherwise, will be disclosed at Tuesday's event. The teach-in presentation slides will be available on the investor section of the Company's website (www.nektan.com) following completion of the event on Tuesday.
