Liverpool Central Library Investor Day

International Public Partnerships (INPP), is hosting an Investor Day today at the Liverpool Central Library. The day will provide investors and analysts with an in situ case study of the Project and tour of the new facilities.

INPP, through its investment advisor Amber Infrastructure, acted as Lead Sponsor and Manager for the £50m project to refurbish three existing historic library buildings which included the demolition and construction of a new main library and archive complex. The Library, which completed construction on 14 January 2013, will open to the public in May this year.

The Investor Day will provide existing and potential investors and sell-side analysts with first-hand knowledge of the project from inception, through construction and beyond and an opportunity to tour the unique facilities, which includes restored Grade II original structures, prior to its public opening.

The Investor Day presentation material is now available on the Company's website - www.internationalpublicpartnerships.com.
