Interim Management Statement
for the 16 week period from 1 January to 15 May 2008
IS Solutions plc is today issuing its first Interim Management Statement as required by the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority. For the first quarter of this Financial period (relevant period), IS Solutions reports the following results which were in line with market expectations:
Material Events and Transactions
IS Solutions' financial position remains solid and there have been no material events or transactions which have affected the Group over the relevant period.
Financial Performance
During the relevant period IS Solutions has continued to experience good demand across all areas of business. On the same period of the previous year revenues were up some 8.7% and net profitability improved by 18.5%.
Financial Position
IS Solutions remains in a strong financial position with no significant changes to the balance sheet or equity structure since the publication of our results for the year ended 31 December 2007.
