InnovaDerma enters American Market and establishes US subsidiary

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of 'at-home' and clinically proven treatments for hair loss, hair care, self-tanning and skin rejuvenation, is pleased to announce it has successfully entered the American market and secured retail and e-tailer distribution deals for Skinny Tan, a premium self-tanner brand that combines a natural tanning active, to tan and reduce the visible appearance of cellulite. Skinny Tan was named Best New Product Introduction at Skin Care & Bath ECRM in the United States in June 2016.

To support its growth plans in the United States, the Company has established Innova Science, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, and appointed Joseph Panetta as Executive Vice President and President of Skincare to lead its American business.

Retail and e-tailer distribution deals

GNC Holdings, Inc. ("GNC")

The Company began marketing trials in the United States for Skinny Tan in the spring of 2016 and, as result of their success, the Company has secured a retail distribution deal with GNC, a leading global speciality retailer of health and wellness products listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Skinny Tan will be initially rolled out to 655 of GNC's 6,000 stores nationwide.

e-tailers

InnovaDerma has secured the distribution of Skinny Tan with the following e-tailers:

· Quidsi, Inc. ("Quidsi"), a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. Skinny Tan can be purchased on Soap.com, a retail site owned by Quidsi, its parent company.

· Jet.com, a subsidiary of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

Joseph Panetta

Joseph Panetta has 25 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing and was formerly President of Left of Center Consulting, a brand strategy and communications company, and Vice President Corporate Communications, Brand Relations of Swatch Group UK Ltd and the Swatch Group US, Inc.
