Information Notice

The Company today announces that it has posted an Information Notice in accordance with the Instrument constituting the Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF dated 16 November 2009. An Information Notice has been sent to notify registered holders of Warrants that they can subscribe for Ordinary Shares subject to the terms and conditions attaching to the Warrants as set out in the Instrument and the Prospectus of the Company dated 16 November 2009.

The Information Notice has also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:
