25.02.2019 - Report 3/2019: Individual recommendation of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the dividend for 2018

Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 25 February 2019 the Bank received from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (the "PFSA") individual recommendation to increase the own funds of the Bank by retaining at least 25% of the Bank's profit for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2018.

In received individual recommendation the PFSA confirmed that the Bank meets the criteria for dividend payment up to 75% from the Bank's profit generated in the period from 1 January to 31 December 2018 at the individual and consolidated level. The PFSA also confirmed that the Bank does not meet the criteria for dividend payment up to 100% from the Bank's profit at the individual and consolidated level.
