Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, has today been notified that on 15 August 2014, John and Renate Gunn sold 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares in Hightex at 0.2p.
Following the sale, John and Renate Gunn are now interested in 17,232,900 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
