On 26 June 2012, Michael Chadwick notified the board of HC Slingsby that on 22 June 2012, he purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company. Following this transaction, Mr Chadwick's beneficial interest, which is registered in the name of Goodbody Stockbrokers Nominees Limited, is in 70,995 ordinary shares, representing 7.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
