IDOX PLC01 February 2006 For immediate release 1 February 2006 IDOX plc ("IDOX" or "the Company") Holding in Company The Company announces that they received formal notification today that NigelOxbrow is now beneficially interested in 14,610,768 ordinary shares of 1p eachin the Company representing 7.48% of the current issued share capital of theCompany. The increased holding of Nigel Oxbrow results from the issue of newordinary shares as earn out consideration to the vendors of TFPL Limited, asannounced on 26 January 2006. Under this agreement, both Nigel Oxbrow and BindyPease, wife of Nigel Oxbrow, were issued with 3,436,196 new ordinary shares inthe Company on the basis of a price of 11.225 pence per share. The ordinary shares referred to above are ordinary shares of 1p per share. Thereare now 195,260,900 ordinary shares in issue following admission to AIM today ofthe new ordinary shares under the earn out agreement.
