Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market announces that it was notified on 16 March 2010 that following the sale of 1,677,951 ordinary shares on 12 March 2010, Cary Knapton (and related parties) is now interested in 808,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 4.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company was also notified on 16 March 2010 that Paul Collins no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
