Holders Technology PLC09 September 2005 The Company was notified on 8 September 2005 by Northern Trust that ArmstrongInvestments Limited had reduced its holding in the Company's ordinary sharecapital from 325,000 to 275,000 shares representing a percentage reduction from7.84 per cent. to 6.63 per cent. of the company's ordinary issued share capital. Northern Trust also informed the Company that Rath Dhu Limited had reduced itsholding in the Company's ordinary share capital from 410,000 to 290,000 sharesrepresenting a percentage reduction from 9.89 per cent. to 7.00 per cent. of theCompany's ordinary issued share capital.
