The Company has today been notified that on 24 April 2009, Mr Robert Parsons and Mrs Deborah Parsons sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. They therefore now hold an interest in 9,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company being 4.83% of the total issued share capital. The holding is in Fitel Nominees.
