India Hospitality Corp. (the "Company") was notified on 29 December 2010 on behalf of each of Navis Muamalat Fund I Ltd P, Navis Asia Fund III LP and Navis Asia Fund IV LP (the "Navis Funds") that, following the disposal of 4,613,083 ordinary shares on or around 29 December 2010, the Navis Funds no longer hold a notifiable interest in the ordinary share capital of the Company.

This notification is made pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
