Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 27 January 2011, it received notification that Richard Hughes is now beneficially interested in 7,483,116 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company, representing 13.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also announces that, on 31 January 2011, it received notification that Zeus Capital Holdings Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
