Holdings in Company
Arria NLG plc (AIM:NLG), a technology leader in Natural Language Generation ("NLG"), has been notified of changes to the holdings of ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") by certain shareholders, as set out below.
The Company was informed on 4 February 2016 that Michael Mayell now holds 3,650,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.95% of the Company's issued share capital and therefore no longer has a notifiable interest in Ordinary Shares.
The Company was also informed on 11 February 2016 that Brian Henry, having disposed of 787,500 Ordinary Shares in separate transactions this year and last, now holds 5,567,192 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.50% of the Company's issued share capital.
Christopher Hardy informed the Company on 3 February 2016 of the following disposals of Ordinary Shares:

As a result of the above transactions, Mr Hardy confirmed to the Company on 11 February 2016 that he now holds 4,260,703 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.45% of the Company's issued share capital.
