Iofina received notification yesterday that following the acquisition of 650,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 July 2008, Stena Investment Sarl is interested in 5,195,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.54 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
