Interest in 21,836,761 shares arose from a beneficial interest held by GoldmanSachs International, a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of GS Inc. Interest in 70,000 shares arose from an interest held by Goldman, Sachs & Co, awholly owned direct subsidiary of GS Inc. Interest in 15,593,255 shares arose from the interest held by subsidiaries of GSInc acting as discretionary managers. Ends.
